I'm also fairly certain Matthews shot the puck down the ice before Mcmann scored.

Marner flipped it out, but that should never be an assist in my opinion.

McMann from Marner and Brodie is what I see. I thought Matthews dumped the puck... maybe not.

Edit: Just rewatched that play. Matthews tried, Brodie pushed it, Marner dumped it, McMann put it in. So NHL.com has it right, unsurprisingly.

This team simply doesn't make sense. They don't put in the effort for simple wins against poopy teams, but when they don't have their best defenseman and have half the team with a flu they find a way to rally and play well.
