No, they switched JT with Marner and Willy with Matty on the 3on3 so that Matty didn't have to take faceoffs because of his wrist. Maybe Keefe was erring on the side of caution and not allowing matty take them because probably didn't want to hurt his wrist further and/or he just wanted to make sure he had healthy guys on the faceoffs to get the puck first.

They also had Marner and JT on during the 4on4 where they looked good while Matthews was in the box, I assumed that's what Keefe was trying to recreate in OT.
