The chemistry on that GWG makes me wonder if they should go back to Nylander and Mathews and have Marner fix Tavares. I'd be reluctant with how dominant Matthews and Marner have been, but JT and Nylander just aren't working this season.

Agreed. Just sad a guy making 11mil needs someone to come save him. But yeah, definitely seen enough JT and Willy. It's hurting both of them imo

If Willy had that much fight as he did every game, he'd be a top 10 player in the NHL and maybe pay for a helmet that fits.

The kid is one of the most talented player on this team but sometimes the WILL is not there night in night out.

I think Matthews is probably not in next game, not good when you switch JT and Nylander so Matty doesn't have to take faceoffs. I hope I'm wrong because he's the engine of this team.

I liked Matthews and Andersen's wrestling match. He tossed him. It looked like Liljegren's wrestling match in the AHL from a game or two ago. Then, Mitch Marner out of nowhere submarined Valimaki.

I'll say it again, Barabanov looked good again. Good speed, creative and he works pretty hard.

I've been critical of Willy lately.. he needs to play the way he did in the last 5min of that game more, regardless of the goals. He will produce on a better pace if he should more intensity like that.

Good game, flames didn't play that bad either defensively, but rittich stole the show for them... We kept pushing, and it payed off.

Exactly just put in an honest effort and shut up your critics.
