When I see teams playing against the leafs, they have these easy ass entires into the zone because the forward is moving the puch through the neutral zone given quick passes from the D. We just sit there and let the D-man take care of the zone entry, the **** is that? We need to make short passes to get in the zone and get shots.

I think the leafs are the worst team in the league right now

Ok, relax guys. We have gone through the cycle.

Let's pack it in for the season.

Fire Randy, trade Phaneuf and draft whoever is going first overall.

Its baffling to me that we can't get more offense out of the players we have. JVR, Kessel, Lupul, Kadri, Raymond, Bolland... give us 2 shots! I love the special team changes we've made since RC came in, but this is embarrassing to see every game.

THANK GOD we won our first games.... we'd be collectively freaking out of we were sitting 3-6 and playing like this.

Agreed. Despite the offensive woes, that was an excellent period. Giveaways were few and generally not overly dangerous and they were very well positioned defensively on the rush outside of the goal.

If the offense wakes up and the rest of the game the defense stays comparatively as good as it has been so far, this should result in a win.

That was one of the ugliest periods I've seen since their last game. Is the ice at ACC this bad, I can't see any other reason why 2 professionals can't complete a 10-ft pass with nobody between them without screwing it up.

The problem with Randy, it's either offense or defense, but never both. We've only won on great goaltending for us or terrible goaltending by the other team.

Franson is ****ing terrible by the way.

I hope Rielly isn't learning anything from him...I swear Rielly has been involved in more 2 on 1's than any of our D because Franson doesn't know what to do most of the time.

Pissing me off...

I think it is time to admit that this is a bad hockey team. I hope Nonis knows this so he can start trading some pieces.

Our best hockey was in the playoffs and we're not even playing 10% of that level...maybe the Leafs just caught fire at the right time.

Can we fire Carlyle if we don't make the playoffs? We need a coach that demands puck possession.

This team is just an 18 wheeler waiting to fall off of the cliff.

You guys are ridiculous sometimes. 2 shots is alarming. But we played pretty well in that period I thought.

c'mon it was 1 shot, we're really not counting the one from center that was probably meant as a dump and chase but he accidently hit the net.

At this point I'm not even interested in re-signing Franson.

The blueline is a bit of a mess, but there's always room for Franson's special teams abilities. Not really enjoying Gunnarsson though. Phaneuf is so slow and sloppy.
