No wonder NJ fans were raging on the mainboards about the hit. Listen to the announcer: "he doesn't even have the puck!" as he's playing the puck. Homer level off the charts

Do they even know the rules of the game sheesh they are American though

I am not liking our lack of offense this year. This was a team that scored over 300 goals last season (or was it the season before that?).

gotta be lucky to be good and good to be lucky
Sometimes. Tonight was just a dominant goalie. He was like Patrick Roy back there just saying "I'm not letting in any more ya bast****"

I've seen that before. Roy would make a glove save and smile in the face of the opponent. Sometimes the other team just knows they won't score again,.

Stolarz earlier tonight...

Way too many of these games this year. November was pretty solid but last 3 or so games have been awful. Something has to give with how badly they got outplayed regardless of the win.

Stolarz really stole them some points.

What we need is the November hot streak with all the team structure and goaltending and all big guns firing on all cylinders.

Did Stolarz make one 10-bell save? I don't remember one. Probably but few.

It was a solid effort on the road sure, but I also think the Leafs hunkered in and played well enough around him limiting rebound goals.

If you read this thread you would think he just held back the 1978 Red Army team. Jersey had a of bunch of completely harmless shots. Leafs fans are needlessly dramatic.

Got to love the irony of the NJ shotkeeper taking away shots from the Leafs to make the NJ shot total look more impressive only for it to hurt Markstrom's save percentage
