Leafs got extremely outplayed.
Stolarz played great and outplayed Markstrom.

However, i don't think New Jersey played too great. They played a very Keefe's Leafs like-game where they struggled to get into the dirty areas and make life difficult for Stolarz. The few times they did there was a scramble in front of the net and they weren't able to get that last shot off.


They still heavily outplayed us, were first to the puck 90% of the time, and forced turnovers... but they didn't attack the center of the ice very well and that helped Stolarz.

They got tons of shots in tight, honestly, Stolarz just played amazing.

Good thing for Stolarz he had a clutch player like Holmberg to save him after he let us down by allowing that all important first goal.

PP was back to being an embarassement as well. Those entires, ugh. Also, running the top unit out when they were gassed had the expected results.
