Keefe needs to be consistent when it comes to benching players or stop picking favourites.
He benched a lazy player who risked taking a needless penalty in a late tie game because he didn't want to put in the effort to make a play.

Many players had bad, lazy nights. That Nylander one handed hook stands out and he's lucky it wasn't called

Liljegren was very up and down today, but Dermott was easily the worst player on that pairing. Holl was attrocious too.

It was Liljegren-Sandin, one guy on the left side one guy on the right side, and they were smooth together.

Sure seemed to me that both Liljegren and Dermott were playing on their wrong side in that pairing.

It was awkward.

And that's fine if that's why he benched him, but don't let others get away with that kind of stuff then if you're benching our best player this season.

There's people speculating it was Nylander with the "f*** OFF MUZZ" and that's why he was benched lol

This is what I thought I heard.

Chris Cuthbert was calling the play by play ...

Then suddenly from the ice we heard in a most loudest way, "F--- OFF mother ffff," the ending part was cut off, guess someone hit the mute button quickly.

Marner could have had a half dozen assists the last 2 nights.
He was setting people up all the time.

Very weird game and start to the season. They aren't clicking at all. I assume they'll be in sync eventually but the question is, is their record luck or the fact that they have enough talent to overcome sucking a little? Strange.

Engvall's forecheck led to the GWG

I mean, I guess it was technically a forecheck. But really, Engvall skated into the zone and gently chased after the puck. There was hardly any pressure on the puck carrier who got it off to his partner, who then blindly sent it around the boards

It was more of a self inflicted wound by the Sabres than Engvall's forecheck.
