Wow. that is a hack move. Tag them when commenting on their decision all you want, but tagging them on a play where they have not even made a comment is atrocious and if I was MLSE I would be all over his ass. Unacceptable. I have never like him anyway, this just fuels that.

It's not, and it won't have any bearing. It is just amature. He has NEVER @'d them before, but feels the need to "draw" their attention on this play? He also ranted (on air) on the Matthews play vs Dahlin a couple years ago.

He should stick to being a supposed insider and reporting ON the rulings instead of trying to influence them (again, not that he would).
