A desperate quote from a coach who knows he's on the chopping block. Now if that doesn't say loser, I don't know what does.
Dood, just keep that to yourself. Wow. JFC.

Big paycheques and living a very pleasant life, sweet and calculated exactly what Chelios had to say about him. He’s collecting paycheques
Correct. And watching oilers they are all over Kings. The team did not show up to play in Game 2, Game 4, turtled in Game 6 and then tonight in a deciding game the offense still did not show up.
The GM"s philosophy is wrong to begin with. He went with offense heavy mindset with his team and his team does not even produce. Heck did not even show up for a few games.
Did you watch the Canes game tonight? they were skating bruins to the ground. Not even one shift where canes did not skate hard or play hard.
Crushed boys.
Crushed.
This year had a different feel to it but they still choked it.
Correct. And watching oilers they are all over Kings.
We're cursed.
mikheyev lost a lot of money in free agency for his poor playoff performance.Illya Mikaheyev
19 playoff games. 2 goals 2 assists. Both of those goals came in the same game
Only because Engvall felt so bad for him and passed it to Mika
Really dont' know why Leafs nation loves this guy so much.
Kampf, same thing. Where was he tonight? or game 6? He should be the 4th liner
Engvall sucked too
Our 3rd line was the difference
and F U Keefe for not stacking the line. Having a love affair with Bunting
We also need less perimeter offence. Need a couple guys who can play inside the faceoff dots in the offensive zone and generate, consistently.Need to shift more capspace towards defence and goaltending..
That much seems obvious.

Ok, whose is going to give the Leafs that true # 1 goalie and dept defenseman for Marner. Do you think Tampa will. Hell No they won't. # 1 proven goaltenders are not plentiful, infact are scarce and the teams that have one won't give them up for Marner because odds are there are way more talented d-mens and forwards than top notch goaltenders. You should know that because the leafs have made many trades at the goaltender posiition to fix it.You trade Marner away not aiming for getting equal value back. You trade him because you free up 11 million in your cap and you can use that money to get a true #1 goalie and a depth defenseman. Can't trade JT because of the NMC.
He went back to being missed chance Mik during the playoffs.mikheyev lost a lot of money in free agency for his poor playoff performance.
Nah, alignment doesn't matter for really any year other than this one. And even still, TB isn't a powerhouse team this yearIt's not a curse.
We literally went up against a powerful Caps team in 2017
Bruins powerhouse 2018
Bruins powerhouse 2019
Columbus was shitty
Montreal was a choke
Tampa Back to Back Cup Champs
This playoff alignment is horse shit. This should be the ECF and not a first round matchup. When you finish where we did in the standings the prize should not be Tampa!
Stupid league. Hell if it wasn't for covid we prob would have played Bruins, Tampa, or Florida the last two years.
The alignment is horse shit.
Yes, exactly.I really hope Florida takes TB out. Less excuses for this management.
Kampf should be the 4th line center next year. Maybe someone with some jam him and Joey Anderson. Our 4th line needs an identity. Going to be a line who can score or a shut down physical line or an energy speedy line.
That would help.
Twitter not making me feel better right now;
Like the Boston series, another "interesting one" for the Leafs. The usual corporate Yes Men on Sportsnet (we know who they are), pretend the series has been fair and on the level. MLSE sits silent, not wanting to rock the boat of their earnings.
They will probably can Dubas and Shanny. They were victims of covid and The Fix in three series. In the end, the big contracts cost them. In the end, they need to fire people to give the appearance they actually care. They don't, the seats will remain filled.
The NHL won't get a nickel from me. Sportsnet won't have an advertiser in my focus. Their betting sites, will take a bath along with the $5.2B Sportsnet flushed down the can.
See you all next playoffs. I am out for awhile. I have been gaslit this series like never before in 40 years of watching this game.
It's clearly not the same, and I'm only glad I didn't watch the repeated fiascos in games 3-6.
Hrudey not believing the "bad calls" happened in Game Six. No discussion of 8 PPs, four 5 on 3s or the called back goal. LOL.
