At least Murray played well today, having two goalies going at the same time would be nice.

The 50million dollar powerplay and the core need to be responsible for the game tonight, to give up 2 short handed goals in the same powerplay is embarrassing. Team needs to find it's identity and start to play the right way, can't go limping into the playoffs and expect to turn it on come Game 1.

Reilly definitely blew vomit chunks out there tonight, but, one bloody goal for doesn't get it done.

On a positive side -- we're still .500 on this trip. Definitely lose your shit about this coat hanger style abortion of a game, but a win on Jersey and this is still a successful trip.

I don't know how a team can make the kind of mistakes the Leafs did tonight and continue to make and just.. never learn from them. The constant no look passes leading to turnovers, valuing possession (inevitably leading to turnovers in danger zones) when trying to break out of their zone instead of GETTING OUT OF THE ZONE, the lazy cross ice passes, and the general lack of effort or compete does not bode well for the playoffs.

Dubas likes to do favours, if a player doesn't get to play enough, he'll ship them out so they could play elsewhere. I think the Sandin trade is going to hurt long term.

Matthews is a career loser. More worried about milking money from endorsement deals than putting in effort on the ice. Can't wait until he's gone.
