You don't send him down after this and kill his momentum. Sends the wrong message after clearly putting it all together and proving he can be an impact. Keeping him on the roster gives him the best chance to continue adapting/growing at this level.

If you give ZAR 850k then that roster and the 2 goalies we have is $22,717 below the cap. It works with Liljegren on LTIR and no other injuries. The issue is Tavares is injured so if he isn't ready to go for the 1st game of the season(which he won't be) but isn't hurt long enough for LTIR then you cannot replace him and have to play 1 game with a 11/6/2 roster configuration before using an emergency recall. Then When Liljegren gets back the numbers don't work as you have a 21 man roster and are $1,377,283 over the cap with a 12/7/2 configuration and only 1 waiver exempt player(Robertson) so you can't demote him play 1 game and then use the emergency exception to recall because you're still over the cap so something else has to give and you have too many D anyway so even if it worked you'd have to go 10/7/2 for a game(which is doesn't so it doesn't matter). Barring a series of LTIR injures that is an overlapping chain during the entire season something has to give. When nobody is on LTIR it doesn't work.

Final shots 31-30 Leafs, a lot closer than expected with some questionable play in front of the goalie but it gave him more qty and quality shots than expected.

It's not your choice that's bad... it's your stunning ability to turn two Dubas players great play, in a very good game, into a dig at Dubas. That you can do so on such a regular basis, is a testament to your commitment to negativity.

I could and he has earned it but I don’t think he will get to stay at first. I think he is waiver exempt and will be sent back while they try to make something out of Malgin.
