I suppose The Pursuit Of Happiness should Make My Dreams come true?

While I don't particularly care for the goal song, I imagine that I won't necessarily care about the goal song for that long of a time either.

Should have been Sabotage

Nah, but that would be a good song for a Tanking Team to use when they play a SC contender.

Imagine if Montreal made their their Goal song for only when they play the Leafs. I'd hate it, but it would be absolutely perfect and I'd have to give them props for that.

..... Or in the same way the Leafs have the song for wins, play that for when they lose. That would be epic. Imagine this blasting after a loss

Wasn't s fan at first, but after the second Leafs goal I thought it works well as a goal song. It's going to annoy the hell out of the opposition during multi goal games

I like it. I heard a lot of proposals that i thought were awful (most Rock songs dont work IMO), but this works as a catchy feel good song

they have 4 goal songs depending on the opponent. :(

Terrible choice. Get something upbeat that the crowd can chant/sing along with. WTF are they thinking?

I freely admit I'm not a rap fan, but those lyrics sound like a commercial promoting drug use, not the greatest idea for the younger fan base. Who's genius idea to ask for the players input on the song.........

I like the uptempo/upbeat choice, but this particular song does very little for me.
It´s leaps and bounds better than Hall & Oates but... /meh.

It sounds like basic 2010's EDM. Nothing amazing or hype about it imo.
The song was a huge hit around the time I was in university and was often played at parties, and in general is still a big pre-game night out track.

The new song is the definition of a get up and move song. Just not if you’re over 40
too many folks still married to the idea of AC/DC, Guns n Roses, Bon Jovi, Springsteen etc.

Too many people in here want their specific obscure choice for a goal song that fits their very narrow scope of what’s “good” this song is a banger, very popular and has the right mood to it.
Also the title is bang on.

Baby Shark would have been an upgrade on Hall and Oates. Not really, but Hall and Oates was just awful. Granted, if there was one song that fit the billing of the Toronto Maple Leaf crowd, that was it.

Y’know what the kids want? They wanna sing along to “born to run” nothing got the juices flowing in spring of 78 quite like that.
