Why not? Mcclement took Lambo's purpose on this team and Connolly did **** all for us last year.

Well Frattin's offensive cap is probably what Mac provides, granted Matt is much more physical. So you have to make sure Frattin is ready to make the transition before making such a decision.
Mac could be highly sought at the trade deadline. Like I said earlier, annual 20 goal scorers don't grow on trees. Atleast a 2nd rounder.

When is the last time a player of Connoly's caliber has been placed on waivers? I mean, he doesn't have a terrible contract, could easily have a bounce back year.

This. Frattin has potential, but hasn't proved himself yet. Let him carry the Marlies and play top line role. When he is ready, he will play, especially if injuries occur.

So what happens if we trade Bozak in a package for Luongo, now? Kadri is our first line center for the whole season, with no possible support or replacement if he falters?

Don't you think Nonis probably has as much forsight as you, and would attempt to fill the holes if that was the case? It's not like he is going to forget to have enough centers.

I like new management because they do only one transaction per day, which gives fans plenty of time to discuss it without disruption.

There is only one person that throws him under the bus, its Interactiff clone accounts. People who see the game for what it is know he is a good player. You can argue 5.5m contract but you can argue anything really and in this case you can't discount the fact he is a good hockey player because he is.
Orr will have a spot, rightfully so. Love all you guys saying Brown can do the fighting. Do you think Lucic, Thorton, Sestito, Shelly, Boulton ect remotely even think they could be in tough with Brown? Mike Brown will get zero respect from the big guys in the n.e. moreso Brown shouldn't have to fight these guys. I love all you legends in here, trust me when I say the skilled players feel more comfortable when playing these tough teams knowing Orr is in the line up. Make up any excuse you can to not agree with this. The leafs have no one that garners any respect in regards to the big guys in the east other than Orr. Ask Lucic if he will drop them with Orr again, that kid hasn't been humbled like that before. Orr is also highly respected and liked by his peers, if you keyboard gms don't like it log onto you Xbox and do something about it.
