Hello everyone just wanted to drop in ask about your thoughts on Kampf?

As Hawk fan he was always mediocre to me but our coach would play him in top 9 routinely despite fact he was blackhole offensively

I see he has 2nd highest - on your team (I know +/- is not best way to judge player) and is again averaging more what to me is significantly too high of TOI nightly

Pretty much as advertised.

On this we are 100% in agreement. I don’t think there is anything wrong with Dubas as a human being

So what? My grandmother is a wonderful human being. I wouldn't want her as GM either. Tired of bosses hiring guys that are nice but total incompetents. That is a guaranteed recipe for disaster. Let him marry your daughter but don't let him make any business decisions whatsoever.

So most of us wouldn't want a GM or team executive that chose to do nothing when faced with a sex abuse scandal.

It's early in the season for the team and in particular for him as a new addition. Not going quite as well as I had hoped thus far. That's really the story of the team as a whole though.

Problem being for the last 3 games we havent been able to make 2 successful passes in a row

Bowman? He made a mistake by trusting his superior would do his job. He followed process, reported this to the Pres, expecting his boss wasn't a $hitbag and would do the right thing. Hardly the same thing as not doing anything. Bowman's sin was, he trusted his boss.

You would think but until they can show .e they can again i expect every second one to be deflected iced or intercepted lol

You missed passing behind or into the feet...they got that down pretty good too or passing to someone that is not there ...

I'm sorry but I'm confused. I don't recall the Leafs ever having a sexual abuse scandal that Dubas had to deal with. I do recall Matthews exposing himself to a female security guard and that got pretty much swept under the table. Also, if that is your only prerequisite for hiring a GM because he might adequately deal with a sexual harrassment situation should it arise, I would suggest there are probably a lot better people in this world than Dubas to handle that.

And Dubas did nothing! Any player other than Dubas' 4 idols would have been suspended or kicked off the team. Your argument holds no water.

Most believe he didn't deserve to be suspended. I agree.

Can't remember anyone saying he should have been kicked off the team. That would have been a stupid response by the Leafs.
