Overall I think Holl is fine and sure him and Muzz have put up good numbers against better players in the past but they haven't looked very good this year so far. Mind you that's like half the team basically.... but then let some of the young guys in the lineup play more.

Dermott has been lights out. Why in the world is he coming out and not Holl (if it is so).

You guys see Holl on the Meier goal? Weak by Hutch but not as weak as Holl along the boards. He even has a short 2 on 1 with Muzzin on the guy and is fishing with his stick. This is Holl in a nut shell. For 1 on 1 rushes he's the guy you want on the ice. Not even McDavid can beat Holl 1 on 1. For anything else....cross your fingers. Unfortunately for us the "everything else" happens 95% of the time in contrast to the 1 on 1 rushes.

Most accurate description of Holl. I noticed as well that players never beat him 1 on 1. Rubs them out. Otherwise I'm not fond of his play and he's a huge liability.

A lot of hate on Muzzin but what I see is Holl taking too long to make decisions. When the puck reaches Muzzin he's out of options.

Dermott has been so good on the bottom pairing. He had covered for Sandin amazingly, and has showed minimal growth, but still growth in the O-zone. This needs to be 100% holl coming out, dudes lost with muzzin and is playing like a #7 dman
I’d argue Sandin-dermott should be our bottom pair for all 82 games
