Slaf and Dach are having rough games but they looked great last game. Suzuki is having an awful game but we know who he is so no big deal, same with Caufield.

Newhook looks great. Guhle looks great. Heineman looks great. Reinebach I haven’t noticed really which isn’t a bad thing either.

Reinbacher looks good.

I admit to have a difficult time conciliating that all these guys supposedly are having a great game, yet the team keeps losing.

I know, its preseason. But its preseason for our opponents too. Lucky bounces?

Missing the net is fine. It's going to happen. Not scoring, or whatever is fine.

Doing low IQ plays is very concerning and needs to be mended.

Hopefully it's just this game and him feeling pressure, trying for force things as the game is going exceptionally poorly for the Habs, but low IQ plays can't be a thing, especially when it's back-to-back and he almost did it a 3rd time, but passed it off and then ended up missing the net leading to the goal.

Maybe his 3rd shot caught something and deflected up, or he just got under it too much, or whatever. It's the two previous plays that are just bad and how at times he looks unsure where to go. He might need to start in the A.
Give and go resulted in a nice one timer. It didn’t work out but he had some chances. You’re being way too hard here. He created some offense there. Yeah maybe he forced the play a bit but he got it back to the point and then let go of a wicked one timer. Probably our best PP chance of the night.

The argument that pre season is for getting timing, game shape applies to every team, yet the Habs seem to be the only team that can't seem to get their shit together.
Name me one prospect that has been lights out? Some have been ok but none have stood out other than maybe Reinbacher.

Those who predicted a bottom 5 finish seem to know what they are talking about.

Teams get their crap together in pre season, except for the Habs. They win one pre season game every couple of years.

There is absolutely no reason to swap HP out with Newhook on PP 1. We could surely use his speed coming fro the back.

Our scrubs will also get hot enough at points during the year to ensure we're out of contention to grab a WOW type prospect at the draft.

Hey Monahan's kids need to ear, hiw is he gon a get paid if he doesnt get hot during the year
