He had a few good chances, people are just so over top on this guy… CC missed the net several times tonight and had some blocked shots, but he’s had a great game. I don’t see everyone all over him.

Missing the net is fine. It's going to happen. Not scoring, or whatever is fine.

Doing low IQ plays is very concerning and needs to be mended.

Hopefully it's just this game and him feeling pressure, trying for force things as the game is going exceptionally poorly for the Habs, but low IQ plays can't be a thing, especially when it's back-to-back and he almost did it a 3rd time, but passed it off and then ended up missing the net leading to the goal.

Maybe his 3rd shot caught something and deflected up, or he just got under it too much, or whatever. It's the two previous plays that are just bad and how at times he looks unsure where to go. He might need to start in the A.

its just a little (a lot) extra unfortunate when your rebuilding team's best prospects and young players are looking this bad collectively against your rival's prospects. And your rival is actually a contender and dont have "top selections" in their pipelines like you do.

Of course theres a few positives, but we can call a spade a spade; the future is looking shaky unless some prospects step up majorly.

Slaf and Dach are having rough games but they looked great last game. Suzuki is having an awful game but we know who he is so no big deal, same with Caufield.

Newhook looks great. Guhle looks great. Heineman looks great. Reinebach I haven’t noticed really which isn’t a bad thing either.

Like our prospects I am beginning to think we have a vastly over rated coach.

Well I have a hard Time seeing any system in place to be fair... I also still believe that if they wanted St Louis as coach they should have structured experienced assistant coaches, which is far from being the case here

Joke aside, you can't have good PP practices when your practice it against your shit PK.

This is part of the problem puck handling is so much easier against a passive PK. Every team knows there are very few Habs able to make plays under pressure they simply get in the face everyone else.

As much as I want to be excited by the D and the rest of the prospects, I just think that people will have a rude awakening. As great as we think the D can be, we do NOT have the forwards to do anything right now. We Just don't. We still need a few more drafts....hoping that this group does it. And the problem with this is that, again, they'll have no choice but to go needs.

Then he wanted to shoot no matter what...
