he's also the first guy not named Pat to coach the leafs to a series win since 1987
He's Pat Keefe today. He's earned it.

If Florida knocks off Boston they will be higher than a kite, they won’t be a pushover they would be tougher than a cruising Boston.I think the Leafs are a better playoff team on the road because they play more disciplined.
I want Boston and they can have home ice advantage. Not because we have a better chance of beating them, but because it would be so much more meaningful.
If we face Boston and pull off the upset by winning the series, it would be massive for the psyche of this team and the fan base.
Eyssimont and Perry are 2 Bolts that are UFA's now. Either would look good on the Leafs 4th line next year. Should be cheap too.
.... For those who don't get it. I am pretty sure it's what Hagel was shrieking as he left the ice following the 3rd periodYou guys are a f***ing bunch of bums! All of you!
I will quite happily admit I was wrong about Schenn. I was not impressed by him the first time here, especially when he put on too much weight, and I didn't think he would be more than another of our 7th D.Schenn took a lot of heat from veteran posters like sea of blue. Kb. Dekes for days
Quote some of their takes in the schenn trade forums
Metrics show he is one of the worst dmen in the league
I love this one from kb - he should never be in the lineup brfore holl - holl is so much better
Schenn should be our 8th dman at best.
Schenn was one of out best dmen this entire series. Nullified perry and jeanott hit everything in sight
Played solid defense and allowed Reilly liberty to join the rush
This acquisition may be our most important
Kudos to luke for proving all the naysayers wrong
I might have to go back to Allan Stanley to see more beautiful open-ice hits in a playoff round.Like I said, he's one of the best open ice hitters I've seen wear the blue and white in a long time
There is no way B’s are blowing it at home. It would be Bruins we face. We need to exercise ALL demons.I don't understand this feeling. It's strange, so ... different.
But I like it.
Oh, and then to be watching Sunday's game to see who our next opponent will be?
It's been a long time coming.
all i know is everyone has to up their game, tb while having an inferior year clearly showed us what u gotta do to win, we got the breaks they got last year which is overdue lol. going forward i just wanna see everyone do that little bit extra, cuz i truly think they are primed for a run now that they got over the hump.Fair enough, i do agree he could have picked up after the other mistakes and miscues, but hes down my list of concerns there
That's before my time but I remember a guy named yuschvich that played for usI might have to go back to Allan Stanley to see more beautiful open-ice hits in a playoff round.

Yuschevich and Markov. That was a fun pair.
I watched that game, and I was sure they blew it when Skinner fanned on the puck for LA's tying goal late. Glad they won.The Oilers advanced? Who knew? A tree falling in the forest and all that.
It's Caesar day at my local speakeasy dressed up as a family restaurant.I was just thinking of grabbing a Caesar
