They do want to retain him. Raddysh is UFA and this is his only shot to make money. He’s a late bloomer. So as much as he loved Tampa he’s not gonna pass on the opportunity for generational wealth.

Additionally he lost his dad to pancreatic cancer, he wants to be closer to home.
