Brian Leetch and Adam Fox are the only 2 defencemen who have produced comparable numbers to Hutson as 18 year old freshmen in the last 4 decades of US College hockey.I dont follow Hockey East ir NCAA hockey... is this stat line this absurd?
Im a Habs fan so shower me in good news lol
He gets in trouble sometime but rarely get scored against 5v5. He need to work on his skating to replicate it in the NHL but it's absurd how dominant he is for an 18 years old.I dont follow Hockey East ir NCAA hockey... is this stat line this absurd?

I can only imagine how dominant he will be next season in college when he's bigger, stronger, faster and more experienced.
Couple notches less of a skater, but yes, he's probably the closest thing we've seen.He is already or soon a 5"10 defenseman like Hughes.. he have the same tools of Quinn Hughes.
Size updated at eliteprospects to 5'10" (178cm) and 161 lbs (73kg). He is getting close to his expected height pr. bone doctors.
If that's accurate and he's really 5'10, then this is huge news. That would make him as tall as Quinn Hughes.
We know the 161 lbs weight is accurate since Hutson said it himself a couple of months ago.
Hutson was listed as 5-foot-8.25, 158 pounds at the combine.
Always curious about this - does the IHF measure players for the WJC? Where is EliteProspects getting their measurements from? Do teams measure their players regularly and update their website?IIHF listed him at 1.75/5’9” and 70/154 for the U20.
1.75 is 5 feet and 8.9 inches, so he’s grown since the combine, but he’s not become 5’10” since December.
Quinn Hughes was listed as 1.76/5’9” and 76/168 at the 2018 World Championships in May 2018.

That is correct. He said that he is now 5'9 - many pages ago. You guys are obsessed about one inch here or there. Nobody cares if Lane improves his acceleration and speed.
