No one has ever done this triple pike vault before. She does it in international completion it will be named after her. She was spectacular.

The entire field is having a blast at the competition. And are singing, dancing and the ladies are cheering for each other. Martha Kiroly is rocking in the fetal position. It’s just awesome

Do we have any business experts here ? Specifically determining the selling price of a small business that provides services. Would be training the buyer and basically selling name/reputation/ and all future calls and references......

So far the scenery in British Columbia and Alberta has been spectacular, and the level of service has been extraordinary.

Sunday the scenery will be a downgrade as daylight will dawn in Saskatchewan

Tuesday morning will be special and let me see if anybody can figure out why.......

I know but since I live in Ontario, I'll let someone else answer.

Terry Crisp hails from that town. And someone else too if memory serves.

My boy dog had some FLEAS on his head today.

Not my female dog. Not my cat.

No. The little ahole who never listens and goes underneath places he shouldn't.

So now we have stripped EVERYTHING. Both dogs got a dawn dish soap bath. You saw those little f***ers(not much if them) but you saw them jumping for their lives. Dawn really works!

Anyways. We used a comb on the other animals. Nobody except him has it. But we took precautions anyways. All natural things.

Natural wipes for the cat.

Sprayed the couch, washing everyone's pillows and blankets. Vacuumed and sprayed the area rug. Thankfully we have a brand new rug to put out. Giving it a day to do so.

Just one heck of a morning and afternoon.

Everyone say THANK YOU, Louie for being the little pain in the ass that he is!

And because we love him anyways, here is him cuddling with my nephew. That's his best friend. His twin. Pre-flea incident.

Good to see the chef / cook in that place knows how to cook Prime Rib and didn't follow the menu for "medium" as that's a travesty for that cut of beef. Not saying he couldn't have added a few more greens though and that "glace" doesn't look so appetizing with the yellow crap floating on the top. Hope you're well and all this red meat isn't keeping you a the doctors too much!

If there is a very strong brand, customer relationships, repeat sales, 5x to 7x average of last 3 years' operating profit from the business + some "retainer fee" (maybe another year of the Op profit) for the hand holding and customer transition work if it is real and not just for show. That's what you can see in the IT services space in high demand areas as an example.

Many, many, variables in the services world without knowing more about the business in the context of a sale but without a "product" and associated IP there is the exposure of not having much residual value and therefore something an acquiring org could offset with goodwill on their balance sheet and not get skewered by their lawyers and auditors...
