If they want Larkin so bad they’ll have to trade Brodin, eriksson ek etc… but I don’t think those guys get the assets we’d want anywaysI don't even think a 3rd team would change much.
Goalies don't carry huge value so they are not going to get some massive haul worthy of Dylan Larkin by trading Wallstadt. They could trade a guy like Brodin for a package similar to what we gave up for faulk.
Hell, even if they traded both of those guys what are they getting back? a couple of mid to late 1sts and a couple meh prospects?
I don't really see any of that moving the needle in a Larkin-Wild trade unless yzerman is looking for quantity over quality.
I’m so tired of Minnesota . I hope Larkin never wins a cup

They can't even afford Trocheck!Russo is hilarious saying they won't settle for a lesser center like Trocheck so would wait for maybe Matthews if Larkin doesn't pan out.
Bro you can't afford Larkin, but you'll be able to afford Matthews? Get out of here man.
Yeah as pointed out when they moved up to 2nd overall this year. That's now four top five picks the last five drafts. San Jose had like a 5% chance to move up to 2nd and did. We had better odds and just always fell back year after year. The Sharks have as many top 10 picks in the last 4 seasons as we've had during Yzerman's entire tenure. We have had one more top 11 pick during our entire rebuild than they have had in the last 4 years.
No wonder we suck.

San Jose was a worse hockey team than us in the most recent season that was played. By a wide margin

6 standings pointsWe had two more wins.
Serious question—We had 6 more points, but more importantly, who's trajectory do you like more.
