I know :)

The other day in OT he literally played the full 5 minutes straight without getting off. He is in their top pair and takes the toughest matchups, their D is ... weak. A la Edmonton Oilers lol.
Exactly - I wouldn’t read too much into the minus column.

dude looks like a serial killer, and if you don't see it you aren't being honest

God........can we please not start with this garbage again.
This.

“He’s gonna end up at 5’11 200lbs!” and it’s going to make him a beast!

Honestly he’s just not a big guy. It doesn’t matter, like at all. The guy wouldn’t be this good and his instincts would be different if he was. He’s this good because he’s pint sized. He had to be the smallest guy on every team he’s been a part of.

It’s ok guys, the guy will demolish other team’s PK’s for a decade. He’ll chill on the bench the last 5 minutes of “holding the lead” games. Good thing we only can draft Dmen anyway, they fall out of this sky here. He’ll complement perfectly our fit.

We need to know what Lane thinks of Huey Lewis and the News.
Every fiber of my being wanted to say Batemans response to Kimbel when he asks him the same question  but I don't feel like getting banned yet, maybe one day

The look of devastation on Batemans face just kills me everytime lmao
ANY other situation you just knew he would of geeked out about it and they'd be best friends lmao

I agree with Eric Engels. In 5-8 years, Lane Hutson will be considering the best player in 2022 draft.

2022 draft will be a game changer futur for Habs, Slaf will be a very good player, Beck aswell, Engstrom look having a huge potential too. Need to be patient with Mesar, he have good production so far this year in OHL 12 points in 6 games.

I know people like to dismiss the +/-stat, but being one of the only minus player on the team (-5; worst on the team), when you are supposedly the star player, is not a good look. You may be able to score pretty goals, but if you can't stop the other team from scoring when you are on the ice, then your NHL career will be short or non-existent. Lots of work ahead for Hutson. It will be interesting to see how this player will do when he leaves college. Fans will love him to death.

It's been 7 games, and he was +25 last year....

BU started off poorly with many defensive breakdowns, Hutson was a -4 in the 1st 2 games of the season. In my vids I put in every good play but also just about every bad play, so you can see all his warts in the games. In the 1st game of the season it was said he played 36 mins. I said in the next game he looked a bit slugish and thought maybe it's not a good idea to play him that much as it's a long season and that's a shit ton of ice time (if true) he certainly played a ton that game.

The key is showing progress, he has time to add mass, strength. If he needs another year at BU then so be it.

It is highly unlikely that he is even a top 5 dman in that draft let alone the best player in that draft. Even Engstrom may very well prove to be better than Hutson.

I didn't hear the Engels comment but I am extremely sceptical that he said something that dumb.

I love Hutson.... but I don't see him as the best player of the 2022 draft (in the future). Cooley , Mintyokov and Matthew Poitras are very impressive 19 years old player.
