If they can't own the loss, they're not going to improve, blame every other ****er. I'd be pissed if I was a rags fan hearing the whining.

I just love how it's all on the refs and there's no mention from any of them about the them blowing another 3rd period lead

I don't mind the Rangers, but I'd be embarrassed if I was a fan right now. Man up and take some responsibility for once, deflecting blame will get you no where in this league.

Reading their board is a riot. Some ignorant Ducks fans also think the Kings are getting favorable calls and that there was interference with Lundqvist on the tying goal, lol. So much whining from these brats.

My favorite:
BTW, when I die on my tombstone it'll be written "The LA Kings killed the game of hockey"....

****... Felt so good I forgot to laugh at the other teams GDT. BRB

People call us out on playing the right way? Hiding behind your goalie the entire game is a disgrace to this sport.

The best part is the explanation. Because the Kings don't score "skilled" goals. They skill ugly goals which require work.

Someone who can't appreciate something which results from hard work? That's... an interesting take.

I'm pretty sure the same guy said that the Kings aren't skilled, period. Where to start...I'm not even gonna bother.

Damn I didn't think the Rags would be so salty about the loss. They should focus more on their game rather than blaming the refs for the tying goal. They're the ones that blew the lead and lost in OT.

some next level whining in that thread .

I hate this team more for what they did to this sport I love than anything they've ever done to us. Ugly, ugly hockey. Just an eyesore. Is there a team that scores a higher percentage of ugly goals than the Kings. Is there a team that has a lower percentage of skill plays than this team? This team being this successful is killing hockey.
LO ****ing L

Honestly, could any of you ever see Quick blaming anyone for a goal that he let in? To the press? I would be appalled to see him or any king player to act like that.

I know I'm ****ed if I enter that thread, so I'll abstain for now.

I think Sutter would literally whip his players if they started to complain like that.

Infallible proof from the Rangers board about the King's anti-clutch-edness....

Rangers after 55 minutes:

11/19/15 @ TBL: Allowed (Shorthanded) GWG (1:05 remaining), lost in regulation
11/27/15 @ BOS: Allowed GTG (3:46) & GWG (1:43), lost in regulation
12/11/15 @ EDM: Allowed GWG (1:34), lost in regulation after empty-net goal (0:38)
01/09/16 vs WSH: Allowed GTG (0:06), lost in overtime
02/12/16 vs LAK: Allowed GTG (0:30), lost in overtime
02/17/16 vs CHI: Allowed GWG (3:00), lost in regulation
03/06/16 vs NYI: Allowed GWG (1:28), lost in regulation after empty-net goal (1:01)
03/12/16 @ DET: Allowed GTG (0:30), lost in overtime
03/17/16 @ LAK: Allowed GTG (4:10), lost in overtime

I would lose a little respect for him if he blamed a loss on a call that at the very worst is borderline.

Even with Brown's scoring 3 games in a row his shooting percentage still isn't good for him. 5.9% just .1% above last year and still 3.5% below his career average. Just shows how bad he was shooting before this streak.

He has the most shots on the team. It's going to take quite a few goals to overcome that deficit.

What's the number if you include shot attempts that miss the net?

I sit in 219 and in the PR section next to us there was a row of Ranger fans that were mouthing off and chanting HEN RIK all game long. It was so beautiful to see them sheepishly sit there while we celebrated the game winner.
