Strange, no national games vs the Ducks. 3 games vs Nashville too.

Complete ship show especially for the Kings and yotes spending the resources to go all the way to CAustralia.
Kings should have done due diligence and declined on this and seen this broadcast impasse as a possibility.
AEG is counting this as a strike and it could add in to the end of Blakes tenure and with him everyone from their podcasters , bloggers on up!
Maybe we do need new management and with it , new everything they put in place.
Strike one is this fiasco and timing Australia with it.
Strike two would be Tmac leading another first round exit or worse.
Strike 3 and Blake is out of here and with him everyone under him potentially.
Luc and the execs will be forced to do it to save their own jobs!
Cost of living is out of control, people are spending less or just cant afford luxuries and another Covid planario is on deck.

Also, don’t be shocked for Doty to see a lot of pre season games like he did last year since teams (like the Ducks) will be trying to take advantage of the Kings.

I would also expect Fagemo and Akil Thomas to get long looks.

The battle between Spence and Clarke starts at camp also.

And, agreed, Copley is the starter. Talbot has to prove he can be a 1B.

He’s only played in 7 nhl games in his career. He’s spent most of his career in the echl (98 games) and AHL (131) games. He’s not even a 4th line grinder/tough guy in the nhl.

I looked Hodgson up to see how big he is. I was hoping, "please be bigger than 6'2". One non-hockey website lists him as 6'2, so I thought, well he's probably 6'1. Hockey Fights show him sure enough as 6'1. Viewed a couple of his past bouts, and he has courage. He is susceptible to lefts and rights, either long range or close in. He does have a good punch in return. He just needs to survive the initial onslaught, but I can say that about anyone.

All in all, he's a middleweight. He stands up for himself. I think he can take an aged Kassian.
