Lemieux's knee bent in a way that you usually don't just miss a couple of days for. Believe this would be the second time for Anderson this season that he has been hit, came back in and then had to exit a game because of a concussion. I'm assuming that's what it is since that hit turned him into a bobblehead and they are calling it an upper-body...hope it isn't a concussion. That would be two in a pretty short time span.

The rat has all those subtle arts of dirty maybe he speared him somehow - it didnt seem that bad when it happened. (edit: i just watched it again, wasnt a spear, just made contact with his mid torso - maybe strained stomach muscle? )

The Kings don't have single player on the roster, that I go...man, he would have been great in the 80's 90's etc, and that isn't necessarily a bad thing, you need your "tough" guys to play hockey.

Yeah when it first happeend I immediately thought butt-end

but it's just all rear contact, could be a rib, hip/flexor, internal/organ injury, who knows. The way he went down and was reaching into his jersey is what made me think rib but regardless ouch.

I’m very concerned about Doughty, that shot attempt was abysmal after he was injured. Basically finished the game with one hand.

Do u think this injury inpacts Blake's deadline thinking? Can you really rely on Edler being as good as he was earlier in the year? What do you think Soucy would cost us?

If thats the ask, Id say go for it. Soucy under contract for another year so its not a rental and he goes into the pecking order. But i like his size and he seems solid based on his stats. Not really familiar with his game.

This kid is a Min 3rd round pick. 22 years old & could possibly hit the college free agency this summer. Might be a good Iafallo type fill in if a center is shifted to wing.

What are our thoughts on Hampus Lindholm if the Ducks don't resign him? LA could have the inside track on signing him if he doesn't want to move.

Feels like one of my fantasy lineups coming to fruition. Did I doom this team?

That's basically what I imagined Ontario's D to look like to start the season.

That lineup is so bad. It’s really hard to even look at.

It lacks skill, speed and toughness.
