I agree. He’s an idiot.f*** Shanahan, get this guy out

Okay, so money can be negotiated.
So is this suggesting he wasn't in control?
That looks like a Friday the 13th list to me. Very scary. Outside of a couple of them.People have been interviewing Chiarelli, Nonis, Conroy, Tulsky, Burke, Doan, JFJ, Mark Hunter, Brad Pascall, Scott Nichol, Derek Clancy. No shortage of guys that would like the job.
Funny , for me my excitment level for next season just went up a little.healing? more like renewed embarrassment
The cult of personality surrounding him was vomit inducing. At least Stan a proven winner. Is it wrong that I’m finding shedding Dubasite posters as a positive for not bringing back Dubas?
The proverbial silver lining, if you will….. of course they will never leave.
They will just nitpick everything done by the incoming GM through their salt-rimmed Dubas goggles….
Insanely frustrating this is how it unfolded.
Running a whole new GM search so close to a potentially pivotal offseason is probably the worst case scenario
The board should have made a firmer decision way earlier on this one way or the other. Potentially last offseason.
"Total autonomy" jumped out at me a lot more than the $ did.
Sounds as though Kyle might have wanted a 'Dubas Plan'-ish?Looks like they wanted Shanahan over Dubas
I guess its a possibility but I doubt it. Dubas seems like an authentic guy, I doubt he would lie about family stress.unless he lied and his presser was him trying to manipulate the situation..........

Frank Seravalli talks about this situation. Suggestions about an ongoing power struggle between Shanahan and Dubas, over who had final say on transactions.
Thats the spiritGuessing this was his choice vs. ownership not wanting him back.
Also guessing that Keefe is gone whenever we sign the new GM, who will probably be worse than Dubas.
Burden should be on the playoffs here, not Dubas.
Exactly why they told him to take a hike. God only knows what he was demanding all season long which is how MLSE ended up in this situation.GTHO of here with that nonsense.
Well...so much for the family excuse bs....so glad he's gone
You can hear the defeat in their voices. Its glorious.Dubas's media boys lining up to pin this on Shanny lol
Pretty obvious 95% of the transactions at least we're him
The only ones I can see otherwise we're the Sandin for a 1st, and the Knies pull back that was rumored
You take that back!People have been interviewing Chiarelli, Nonis, Conroy, Tulsky, Burke, Doan, JFJ, Mark Hunter, Brad Pascall, Scott Nichol, Derek Clancy. No shortage of guys that would like the job.
BetterIf true, there laid out right before our eyes are Dubas' actually priorities: money and power. What I see is Dubas hardballing for money and power. Shanahan offered something that should have been priceless to someone with family concerns: a private jet tolimitmaximize the time away from the family.
As far as I've been in on this site...you are going to get factions regardless of who is at the helm.Is it wrong that I’m finding shedding Dubasite posters as a positive for not bringing back Dubas?

Weak leaders yield weak teams. It's really that simple.Like I said result wise, Dubas is the best GM since Quinn. Not defending Dubas or start a Dubas is great….bc he is far from it. Dubas underachieved as GM bc he got the most talented roster on paper since 67.
However, if we all think the players couldn’t hack it, then Dubas only downfall was really betting on the wrong horses.
