Hey it's change. We've all been begging for it. A new voice and new philosophy isn't a bad idea. Kyle had a fair amount of chances with his vision for this group, it never worked. He did a lot of good things and I wish him the best, but change is coming.

I don't mind change, having to find a GM in such a hurry though isn't ideal.

Assuming a new one hasn't been waiting in the wings for weeks.

Interesting thought! I would hope that Shanahan has at least anticipated this possibility and started to think about who the new guy might be.

What a ridiculous spot for the franchise to be in. Waiting for the kid to decide if the pressure of the job is too much for him and his family or not ...
