ok....i'm not usually one to nitpick on spelling...but come on![]()

I'd argue that it makes the word that much cooler. This should be a HFNY staple.
We should have it on our playoff avatars, if we make the playoffs

Kreider has been invisible anyway. This is not a bad thing, and will hopefully get MSL scoring!
Whether you love or hate Kreider hsi injury is a pretty big loss. Now they can still win like they did last night but his size and speed opens the ice for otehrs even when he isnt scoring. also to be fair St.Louis has been given plenty of oppurtunities to score and has even been given kreider's PP time. I agree Kreider isnt playing as well as he did in teh first hald but he is a rookie and was delaing with soem injuries as we know latelyNash-Stepan-MSL

Not a bad thing? That's something I only expected to read after a Boyle injury... And if Kreider has been invisible, MSL has been non existent.
Like i said the Rangers can certainly win without him like you said because we have depth BUT we could really use him in the playoffs. Also i like Miller but i think people need to dial it down on him a bit. I think the kid will be pretty good but he hanst exactly lit teh world on fire. He has been decent but last night i watched him closely and he was on and off IMO. Kreider has teh higher ceiling than Miller and is ahead on him right nowI don't think it's so much as losing Kreider isn't a big deal, but the fact that we have someone like Miller who can step in. Miller has performed very well with the big club in his last few stints, arguably, better then Kreider has of late.
They both are prone to defensive lapses. Losing Kreider is a loss, but having Miller allows us to take it more so in stride. I also think he is physical way more consistently then Kreider and his vision is better. He's just a tad more "raw" at this stage.
Kreider was vital to our "survival" in the 1st half, but the 2nd half he has really been much of a no-show. We're lucky to have the depth we do, so it's really not as significant a loss as it could be.
Losing Nash, Stepan, Zucc, Brassard and pretty much any D-man outside of Diaz, would be a way bigger loss and more difficult to overcome.
Broken hand, and from what i ahve heard he is trying to get a secodn opinion so he could be back sooner which i like to see from players especially in a playoff pushPoor Kreider, he had to stay behind when the team took off for Calgary. And a sore hand, at least it wasn't the right one..

Never said Kreider is a veteran he is still a rookie however to be fair eh is ahead of miller at the moment. Thats not a knock against miller because he is still young and hasnt played as much.I'm not asking Miller to be a world beater at the moment, nor am I asking that of Kreider.
Neither has lit the world on fire and on and off would describe Kreider's entire season, specifically his second half.
They both will have lumps and both will likely be good, long term players, but let's not act like Kreider is some sort of stable veteran.
Miller is fine and in my opinion, has been better in his 2 most recent stints with the team, then Kreider has been. That's not to take anything away from Kreider, who has had a fine rookie season.
I am kind of surprised. The kid has had a better season than most of us envisioned after he didnt make the opening night roster. Some are getting on him for having a lesser second half than he did a first half but thats expected froma rookie. Also i still belive that if stepan didnt have a bad year than kreider most likely would have been even more productiveYeah I hope he doesn't need surgery, if not he should be ready for the playoffs.
And people shouldn't say he wont be missed. Kreider got injured in that great battle in Columbus. We won, so he deserves a few nice words![]()

Kreider to have surgery apparently, per NYR's Twitter
He had it today. Out indefinitely.

Bah,
What's the earliest he'd be back? 2nd round?
I wouldn't hold out hopes for anything sooner than that, if we're to believe Bob McKenzie's timeline.
