He's gonna go on a tear. Just a feeling

I suspect he might at first...Vancouver ain't playing for shit except perhaps the lottery pick. so they can throw him out there on the 1st line and 1st pp unit if they please and try to get him going even if they are giving stuff up, they aren't trying to win.

I mean, anyone traded away from this caveman facility, remembers how to play hockey and do skillful things.

I wouldn't be surprised either.
They're gonna see where he fits but it seems the Nucks have some options where he can slot. Play with Miller, who's having a down year? Can see Beauvillier-Miller-Krav as a second line. Or join Kuzmenko and Petterson at the top and collect points just by being with two studs.

He is still 6'3" 180 pounds soaking wet... Like someone else said he is just waiting for Putin to stop throwing kids his age into a meat grinder and then he is going back home.

Got to say this thread got pretty decent around pages 10-11.

Trade to Vancouver helped turnaround Miller’s career. Maybe it can be the same with Kravtsov when he stops thinking about himself as a former top-10 pick and instead a guy who’s worth a 7th.

this can be a big win for Canucks.
Krav has size and talent.

It was a weird season.
Won't complain about my team being healthy, but truly believe that had NYR's top 9 suffered more 'man games lost to injury,' Krav woulda had more opportunity and production.

both player and team had missteps which brought this situation the state it got to this season

if Drury didn't do such a last-minute pivot to adding Kane as well as Tarasenko,
he'd coulda either gotten more sooner by asking for less, or gotten more later, in off season
but put his own jewels in a vise,
- by not playing the paper-demotion Cap-savings game, and
- by deciding late (pivoting late to also add Kane,) to crunch his own team's Cap, under duress with short-deadlines

Kravtsov was on the trade table for awhile. Even if some of the value was affected by the Kane situation it couldn’t have been much.

if Drury knew he'd be at this point, i suspect he coulda gotten a 3rd. Maybe a 2nd,
but he had been aiming higher
(as in all the reports that he was asking Canucks for Hoglander)

maybe he was over confident after the Nils return.
But RD much harder to add than Wings

For now I still think that Vancouver will be a retention team on Kane’s trade for future consideration or getting back that 7th. If so maybe Kravtsov value is closer to a 3rd and Deadwood.

Lol..
Just had a visual of Vitali looking in the mirror and he bends over and sees a smiling dude behind him with a Pizza Hut box in his hand.

Ugh

It's not like his dad is on some terrorist watch list. He's just not allowed to enter the US as a former Russian army officer.
More and more of these ruzzian officers will stay put where they are or risk a detour to The Hague

Vancouver won't even play Hoglander and barely plays Podkolzin. They're going to find a spot for Kravtsov? It'll be more of the same and he'll be in the KHL in a year.
