Wonder which team shows up tonight in London in what has become "The Lost Year." But not to worry as Chris Pope says this team is built for the playoffs.

It's easy for him to say it.

Because if they lose in any amount of games, 4 or 7, against either London or Windsor, hell throw Sarnia in there although I don't think we'll see them baring any type of massive win streak, then he can sit there and say that Windsor was just good, or windsor went all in and he can take it even further and if the team that eliminates us wins the league then its justified to him because we lost to the champs.

At best we win a round and his ego is filled with vinegar again.

He carries water for the team thats why very few around the league respect him but again, what do we expect? Any reporter speaks out about the team and they're sent to Siberia

I think tonight's game could be a determining one. Last weekend, the 2 wins were not impressive and were against teams that we should have been able to defeat decisively.

If we're out played, out coached, aren't disciplined, and get outworked. Something needs to be done. There's a lot of talent on this team, too much talent to not be playing consisently well.

To me it is simple math if we end up playing Windsor. We "took them to 5 games" last year. They got better, we got worse. 4 game sweep for the Spits.

Windsor didn't just grab an old hog from the herd and slap some lip stick on it. They were a contender before they traded up. Here in KTown this team was mediocre at best and instead of selling MM took a kick at the can. Will it be his last if they falter? I doubt it. They will say 7000 fans can't be wrong. Just be thankful Pope and Farwell weren't video coaches in their last lives. They would be coaching this team instead of Dennis. :)

What does that even mean with a lightweight, non aggressive team??

Nice sayin' though with no substance behind it.
Rangers are the exact opposite of a team built for the playoffs. A team built for the playoffs is physical, competes hard for pucks and would wear you down as the series goes on. Rangers are none of these.

Anyone who says otherwise has no credibility as far as I'm concerned.

I just hope in the next draft they stay away from light weights and no more twins. A little sandpaper and character would be nice for a change. Forget which NHL player said this " There were a lot of NHL players that got nose jobs and never had to pay a nickel". It's always good to have a player on the bench that is willing to give an opponent a nose job if they ask for one. ;)

The trouble is the rotten culture that permeates around the Aud. There's no fixing it with one draft or even coach.

Many here including me were complaining about McKee. All he's done since he was given the boot is won an OHL championship and now he's in the midst of what looks like a quick rebuild after selling off to fill up the draft cupboard.

Were his hands tied in Kitchener?

Any fans making the trip to London tonight or wanna make the trip? I have my 2 season seats for sale. I can meet you at the rink.

50 for the pair and I'll drive them right to the Bud and meet you before puck drop

message me if interested
thanks for the offer but no thanks. I always went to out of town games close by but not with this team. Their not worth the money to travel to see 9 out of ten times. This "Lost Season" will soon be over soon thank God
