Put him with Caufield.

I said with Caufield and Dadonov this summer - not because I knew Dach's game, but because I wanted him to have good offensive wingers. Now that I see his game, I think it should tried even more.

Suzuki can be used to get the numbers and trade values up of a couple vets that we need to move out, or to get Slaf going if he makes the team..

Hate to compare but this guy is a tier above KK
Definitely. He was a #3 pick in a good draft, probably would have been #1 pick in this year’s. I’m not sure how he’ll develop obviously but he’s a good player. I can easily see him be a 2nd line C if we can just hire Yannick Perreault to teach him how to win a faceoff. Similar offensive output potential as Suzuki’s but they’ll get to their numbers in different ways

I can see why he doesn’t win that many faceoffs (even though he did ok tonight). He doesn’t get that low and looks like he isn’t that active. It wouldn’t surprise me if he feels that it is just easier to win the puck back aftet a faceoff loss, which he did a couple of times tonight.

A lot of posts in this thread implying posters who are a little worried about Dach’s wrist are clueless..

I find it weird that some think there’s no risk with his injury recovery.

I don’t think you are understanding the situation. It isn’t that ppl think that there is no risk of re-injury, rather that there is no strong reason at this point to think that it it is inevitable. Every time you drive a car there is a risk of an accident, that doesn’t mean that you should expect an accident, or constantly live in fear of one.

Ppl were afraid that Crosby’s career was over when he had that concussion/neck injury. But he recovered very well. At the same time similar injuries have ended careers. You never know what will happen and you just have to make educated guesses and hope for the best.

Dach and Money on the same line please they can alternate on the dot also

He did show yesterday that he is a really good playmaker. If Pitlick was a better goal scorer, Dach could had at least 2 A

I like what I saw. But still will be patient to see him in full NHL roster games.

Gomez was elite at carrying the puck through the neutral zone. Drouin remains a good player. But their overall games were severely lacking.

Gomez was a really good player though before his 2nd year with the Habs where he hit a wall. If Dach can become a 6'4 Scott Gomez, I would be really happy with that

I'm really not the biggest Hoffman fan, but I would be curious to see him on the wing of Dach. At least, he could finish Dach plays

I think they are planning to have Anderson on Dach's line. He's a goalscorer, so it could work well
