If he could improv his one timer or his hot in general it would help our pp for sure. I see him on the point on the pp sometimes and its very clear he wont take a shot. Makes me wonder if he needs a different lenght stick. His body moves weirdly.

My one timer passes are faster in my beer league... No wonder the execution is bad if thats how they practice.

Time to break up this line? Teams have adjusted
I would. Slaf on the big line and Dach with Monahan and Anderson on the second.

Come on man...they haven't generated any offense in the last 3 games and were a minus 9 combined last night.
Teams have adjusted to a one line team.
Doesn’t mean they have to be split up lol he fits great with Caufield and Suzuki. Of course they won’t be great for some stretch in the season, happens to every player.

It’s cause he shoots off his back foot. Not terribly natural to one time off that

Webber is about the same height maybe he can share some of the mechanics :sarcasm:

Its cool that MSL is doing a one on one with showing him how he can do it.
Kirby probably needs a shooting coach in the offseason.

Lol his shot is horrific. Please don’t ever do that in game because you’ll just have the arena laugh at you.

I haven’t seen this picture when i happened. It’s even better than the close up pictures of him taunting the crowd

Same fans probably cheered for him when he was a Hawk. Just reconfirms the Seinfeldian view that we’re just fans of laundry — our clothes are always better than theirs.

With 4 goals in 24 games Habs still see him as center?

He’s a playmaker.

Suzuki scored 15 goals at 21 years old, maybe would’ve had near 20 if it wasn’t the covid year and played the whole season. Dach isn’t pacing far from that right now.

Softest player ever and can't shoot, at all. Rem "waiver trash" Pitlick also had a honeymoon.

How long does it take Martin ".467" St. Louis to notice our 1st line is costing games 5vs5 ?
Is that Rem Pitlick's nickname, Waiver Trash? You sure?

As for Dach - his shot looks peculiar that's for sure. But he's on pace for a 61 point season and I think that is good enough for a player's 'breakout' season. If he tops off as a soft, no-shot 60pt player he'll still be worth his cap hit.

Glad you came out of permafrost and joined the discussion. Maybe you should go slow with your bold statements until you learn the ropes...you are on the Habs forum FWIW.

I really think he play better than a 18 pts in 24 games player.

Some games, he don't put point, but play really solid.

Beside Suzuki, Dach is the best playmaker on this team, even better than Drouin imo.

Suzuki, Dach, Slafkovsky and Caufield have all some same qualities, they are really good passer. Dach is the only one who don't looks like a 30 goal scorer, but we can certainly hope 20-25g, 40-45a per season.

He won’t finish above 50 points imo.

Yup, sorry, i was wrong. Dach isn't soft and he has a fantastic shot. That's the reality.

But seriously, you definitely you are one of those people who don't watch hockey, or you don't understand what you're seeing, at all.

I watch hockey and not just Habs, but yeah thinking that Dach is soft after 24 good games from him, that's a bad statement man 😂
