Freak accident....good one. Playing hockey is FILLED with freak accidents. Do people think players get injured on purpose? Heineman is a freak accident....Dach was injured playing a tough sport.

So trading Boqvist has nothing to do with the rest.
Tinordi’s knee happen to catch Dach’s knee just at the right time (or wrong one) which is what caused the injury.

That same play could happen 100 times and 99 times out of those 100, Tinordi’s knee doesn't strike Dach’s at that angle.

It was a freak injury…you’re digging deep here WS.

Man, so do you WANT exactly?
Invent a time machine to go back and reverse the trade? Ok Good luck
OR trade him this summer? Not bloody likely

Should've trained his ligaments, such a slacker.

The ONLY thing I said before the outrage machine started kicking was that it was possible that the Hawks knew something we didn't. That's the ONLY thing.

What I want? The possiblity on a hockey forum to say that. Too much to ask?

WS, how can you not see how ridiculous that is tho..
How can anyone predict freak ACL tears.. if you had the answer
The NFL would make you a rich rich RICH man..
You're insinuating a sports team monitored the Knee ligaments of their players somehow and deemed, somehow amazingly, that Dachs tendons on their magic Xrays showed that his were deemed ripe for a tear in the not so distant future.. and so they must trade him .. like..what??

Yeah, and other complain about posters. Somehow, I guess it makes you better.
Or they traded Dach because they thought, like many of the self appointed Galaxy brains on this board, that he wasn’t going to break out.

No one spoke about his knee. Everyone was concerned about his wrist and whether he was a bust. When both those narratives were gone to blame management with, y’all are jumping to a new invention to feel better about yourselves.

Do you actually think the Hawks knew something we didn't though? Like for real? Everyone knew about the wrist injury. Are you trying to tell us a wrist injury is prone to injuring your knee?

Can you explain this a bit more? Is something being taken out of context or do you actually think a Wrist injury means a knee injury is to follow? This makes no sense if that's your angle and you would deserve the backlash that comes from it.

Clarify your stance in what you think the Hawks knew about a future knee injury?

C'mon guys.
90% HAWKS WANTED BEDARD.
10% they also were uncertain about Dach fullfilling potential of a 3rd overall.

You know what...yeah, they could. It's YOUR TAKE. And it could be THE right one. I reserve myself the right to have an opinion that COULD potentially be the wrong one.

Feeling better about myself? About what? Dissing the trade when it happened? Loving to see the Habs lose 'cause I hated Bergevin? And here I thought you were the common sense guy.

Though, here's a comment I made July 2022. THE DAY OF THE TRADE!

Here's another one...

Here goes your NOBODY thought about being afraid of injuries......

Some guys are made of glass. They don’t play different than others. Shit just keeps breaking down for some unexplained reason. Benoit Brunet, Carlo Colaiacovo, etc… Year after year after year until they‘re forced out of hockey. You tell yourself they can’t just get injured again and they do. I hope it’s not the case here.

I think it's pretty clear what the Blackhawks knew.

It's that they would send Tinordi to injure Dach and thus win the trade. The league should investigate.

Am I doing this right ?
Tinordi was the player the Habs traded to get John Scott, right?

If the Habs end up finishing last as a result of Dach’s injury…

I think it's safe to say that we finally won that trade.

How bout’ Dem apples!
