I'm not ignoring the fact that we are banged up, I've actually acknowledged it more than once in this thread.Correlation does not mean causation. Your defending your point that the team has been playing badly with Kane in the lineup, while simultaneously ignoring potentially more pertinent facts that would explain this recent skid.
We are legit down 3 of our PP1 players.....Obviously the argument could be made that changes would be coming with Kane's addition, but the fact remains.
I feel like I've argued my point to exhaustion though, so I'm good to give Patty more time to try and figure it out. At the end of the day, we're all Wings fans here, and we all want success from the team. I'm getting frustrated, but I mean, everyone is probably frustrated with the recent slump considering the team was playing so well in November.
Let's see what Kane can do tonight. We could really use a boost from his veteran leadership, and could use a couple points from him (and Cat) tonight. I hope he's fired up, and I hope he comes out flying, and with tons of intensity. I fell ike if Kane comes out busting his ***, the rest of the team will follow his lead. Need to stop the bleeding tonight with 2 points against Philly.
