I like Miller the player. Miller the person is a d-bag. I’ve been around him a few times and not in an autograph seeking or weirdo capacity. He was d*** to kids at a season ticket holder event for one. I hope they slam him. I’m always up for grit, physicality, and even some borderline dirty antics but spitting in someone’s face is gross and downright disrespectful. Not that it matters, but Doughty has and will have accomplished 100x more than Miller will in this league. If you’re that amped up then drop the gloves or knock him out of his skates on the next play.

That was definitely a dirtbag move by him and really stupid because we were already down a Dman.

It was dumb and out of character but i would expect the league to make a statement and give him a game suspension. You can't pretend you accidentally spit on someone in the middle of a scrum, nice try, it's not believable and i love Miller.

My guess is that the spitting was unintentional. But it was still wrong, regardless, deserving some degree of penalty.
I can't imagine Key doing it again.
