@Estimated_Prophet You saw that grade A scoring chance Slaf setuped for RHP just there? Talk us more about his tunel vision and IQ... You are so funny to read that I almost forgot your wonderful quotes on Reinbacher last draft. A dime dozen defenseman, late 1st rounder, on the same tier as Strbak and all the other funny quotes Im forgetting...
;)
Slaf got an assist on a nice play. Settle down with this nonsense.

it's just one regular season game, of course...

but he's clearly displaying a top-9 NHL level of play, with lots of good indicators of a massive runway for growth. No doubt he belongs in the NHL if he can carry this into the season, and i guarantee that he and the team around him expect that he'll keep improving as the season goes on and he gets more and more comfortable/confident.

Future is bright

Nonsense would be buying Slaf's rookie card when you spent the whole year bashing him...
I never bashed him, I said management playing him in the NHL at 18 wasn’t the brightest idea.

He's had 0 issues with IQ this game. Positioning definitely above a U16 level, lmao.
Let’s agree to disagree on Slaf’s progress. You can celebrate his 1 assist game. Don’t know where the U16 comment is coming from, but whatever makes you happy.

Slaf looks great tonight.

Whata turnaround from last season. He needs to continue using his skills and size
