TMZ stuff right there folks..............pure lunacy.Oh man NOTHING beats that…Michel Villeneuve and Michel Bergeron crying on 110%
I was laughing my ass off the whole time lol
Worlds were collidingTMZ stuff right there folks..............pure lunacy.
Yes, even if you consider the hit legal (no elbow, stick or charge), the head is the main point of contact and that is a penalty. also find it kinda strange that no one retaliated and any way.I thought the hit on him tonight was a headshot and felt it deserved a penalty.
Not if you were a Mod. I hated all of you lolWhat a time to be alive that was.
The Hossa to Habs and Sundin to Habs era, was something else here on HF at the time.
Oh add this too. I was online for like 14 hours straight. lolDon't forget about "Darkest day in Habs history".
Drama at its best on HF.
Well, who was on the ice? Caufield and Suzuki. Dunno for the Ds. I mean....Yes, even if you consider the hit legal (no elbow, stick or charge), the head is the main point of contact and that is a penalty. also find it kinda strange that no one retaliated and any way.
It didn’t have to be right than and there but someone should have either make him pay of take a run at someone else… There a reason fight breakout after big hit even when legal, you want to other team to think twice before plowing a guy because even legal hit can’t cause injuries…Well, who was on the ice? Caufield and Suzuki. Dunno for the Ds. I mean....
I said it earlier, but instead of having Pezz as useless forward plug, why not bring back Wifi as 7D and he could take care of things like this.
Incredible commentary mixed in with your statements here. I will acknowledge, he is a normal size player. 6'1" 205 lbs. Can still do some damage. "legit NHLer's"? sure buddy.Oblitarated again by a normal-sized player on what should have been a nothing-play for legit NHLers.
I watched the replay a few times. His head was up. Not "far, far down". Yet another ridiculous comment. Were his eyes down? I would say probably, as he was trying to coral the puck and see the ice after a sharp turn.We just saw more evidence that Slafkovsky is being rushed; Caught again with his head far, far down on a play that most junior-level player know to avoid.
By your count? LMAO! Has he been diagnosed with a concussion from last night yet? Going in the protocol vs. diagnosed are two different things.By my count it's at least 3 concussions in the NHL but who knows the real number?
How are concussions evidence of a player being rushed? Crosby had numerous concussions early in his career. I disagree that this is evidence of anything. He can get a concussion as easily in the show as he can in the AHL.Just more evidence that Slafkovsky's development is being severely hampered by an impatient organization. And the effects of successive concussions are compounded, and can't really be avoided, no matter how big you are.
Knowledgable posters. Jesus, I can't believe you haven't been hired by an NHL team yet. Implying our management is not knowledgable while several super fans in a chat room are? Incredible. It bears to be repeated: the real impatient ones are not the knowledgeable posters who question this development fast-track.
Again.....I can not believe Molson hasn't come calling yet. You have so much more insight than those clowns who get paid to develop players. On the contrary, we're the ones who asked for more patience for Slafkovsky, so that he can be developed properly into a skilled, offensive player at the right level for him. Which was obviously not the NHL.
Hahahahahaha.....trainwreck. The only trainwreck is the ongoing battle of fans who think they are smarter than everyone else. NHL execs included. Real hockey guys would laugh at you. It's quite something to watch our organization mess up with a top prospect this bad, with several fans cheering while the trainwreck is happening before our eyes.
Horrible take jeune Poulet. Wtf does being rushed have to do with a guy targeting his head.Oblitarated again by a normal-sized player on what should have been a nothing-play for legit NHLers. We just saw more evidence that Slafkovsky is being rushed; Caught again with his head far, far down on a play that most junior-level player know to avoid.

And what better opportunity than when he gets hit trying to make play, on what should have been a penalty.Jeune Poulet been waiting in frustration to find an opportunity to whine about Slaf.
Sad
So if I think that headshot could have happened to any player it means I think Slaf is 100% ready, and the ahl is bad for development? Are you being intellectually honest or want to get peeps talking this morning? Most of our fans think he is 1000000000% NHL ready, and even the thought of him playing in the AHL is insulting. Management obv also agrees.
So we deserve whatever we get as an organization, tbh.
Slaf might need to modify his play style before he even hits his prime at the rate of concussions he is receiving.
Da bears!!!I've spent a good amount of my time this morning, imagining a Saturday Night Live skit, where an NHL owner fires his GM, development staff and coaches and hires a bunch of cheeto munching dudes, drinking Molson Ex, commenting in a chat room.
______ you are the new GM!
______ you are the now in charge of player development!
______ you are the new Head Scout!
_______ here is your whistle, show us how coaching is done!
Not sure there was an opportunity. This happened with about 5 minutes to go in the third, and then we got caught in two PKs so that guy (forgot the name) may not have even be on the ice for them, at least I didn't notice. It didn’t have to be right than and there but someone should have either make him pay of take a run at someone else… There a reason fight breakout after big hit even when legal, you want to other team to think twice before plowing a guy because even legal hit can’t cause injuries…

I remember there was basically a NORAD tracker on the Habs plane that night and everyone in here were bracing for arrests in the Dorval runway. Not if you were a Mod. I hated all of you lol
Oh add this too. I was online for like 14 hours straight. lol
Was it a normal-sized nhler?Justin Barron got drilled in back to back games last week.
Send him down too
You make it sound like the NHL isn’t an old boys club filled with uneducated ex players that would be sitting on their couch eating Cheeto's and drinking Molson beer chatting online if the NHL didn’t keep them employed. You must have applied a few times and been turned down. I'm sorry that happened to you.You make it sound like the NHL isn’t an old boys club filled with uneducated ex players that would be sitting on their couch eating Cheeto's and drinking Molson beer chatting online if the NHL didn’t keep them employed. OntheRun shared above. Not concussed. Is there an update on if he sustained any injury on the play last night?
We literally had a bonehead that didn’t even graduate high school run this franchise for a decade. And people are suppose to feel inferior to these guys? Like I said it’s a country club so trying to hype up their credentials like you were doing does you no favours. Neither does you thinking you’re insulting me with playground insults. You must have applied a few times and been turned down. I'm sorry that happened to you.
