You have more chance at getting struck by lightning three times in three minutes than you do of Drouon ever going PPG in the NHL

I don't like my odds, as incredible and unlucky as getting hit 3 TIMES by lightning might seem possible to you, I would still put my money on Drouin hitting it out of the park next season.

I see it year after year of players getting there game together when they need a new contract with 95% not living up to the contract they signed

No way, does Drouin hit it out of the park, 9-10 years into his NHL career.....he would have already done it....take the odds on getting hit by lightning.

I really don’t like Drouin, but I wouldn’t buy him out.
We need a roster next year. He’s gonna get paid the full last 5,5m$ Even if he didn’t earn it at all! But at least he’s gonna have to show up for it !

Yeah it makes no sense to buy him out. His contract expire after next year and if he plays next year and is healthy you will likely get back something for him at the deadline when his contract isn't an issue.

I don't even consider him a Hab anymore.

He's been addition by subtraction two years in a row now.

I think we're better without slow Dvorak, Perreault, and Armia, and heartless and headless Drouin.

Will be interesting to see if we can get assets for these players to give us even more of a boost that their absence has.

He had injuries to both wrists. That is a major thing for a player.

This cracked me up . I'd really love to see Drouin play under St. Louis. Maybe this is the coach to get through to him. He has so much talent it's a shame that he's blown his career up until this point. Tonnes of talent and zero drive. These types of players drive me nuts.

But ... but ... wait til MSL has had a chance to work with him!!! :surrender
I'm still hoping that MSL can get through to him because it's a damn shame, he's squandered his talent and he's playing himself out of the league. If the Habs release him at the end of his contract or trade him could you see another team giving him a chance? I can't, he's been shopped around the league and no one wants him.

Maaaan stop freaking exaggerating!

Drouin was one of the best players on this shit team before getting injured.

I mean Suzuki sits at 0.67 P/GP with a -17 and he's getting praise 24/7 while Drouin the villain with 0.63 P/GP and a -9 is viewed as literally waiver material!

Some of you should get a damn grip! Jesus!

Lache le kid 2 secondes tabarnak!

He started the season really well and he was one of the best players on the team but let's be fair he wasn't lighting it up like Caufield and Suzuki are right now.. He's been shopped around no one wanted him.

He's been fine this season, it's my point.

Suzuki's been a beast lately and he's barely over Drouin's production...

We have to give Drouin a chance under. MSL. He's entering what should be his prime years. Alot of players take years and years to figure it out. David Perron comes to mind. Sometimes it's just between the ears and a mental shift like a coaching change can give players the opportunity to go "hey look it wasn't me it was the coaching all along". I think that can be kind of a self fulfilling prophecy. I have been holding out hope on Drouin for YEARS. Let's give him this one last chance.
