Reading between the lines......basically if Matt Martin comes in Nolan go's out but I think that's a terrible idea because Clifford's head cannot take it anymore and he should not be used in that role. Let Nolan and Matt handle it or AA.

Feel like were all watching Clifford turn into Deadmarsh.

Zucker + Kuemper straight up for Bernier isn't likely (unless Quick gives Lombardi his Jedi powers). But I can see packages on both sides. Maybe Bernier + Pearson for those two.

Kings won't trade Pearson. Recent first round pick who had a good season and is close to Mike Futa, our head scout. Only way he gets dealt is if it's for a real, real established goal scoring LWer.

You are right on.

I personally favor Alec slightly over Muzzin right now, but do agree Muzzin has more upside with his size and shot. Either way Alec is far too good to be a scratch. It would sting both teams a little to give those guys up, which means it's pretty dang fair.

Yea. It would be like us trading Toffoli. Very similiar numbers in the A, and they are a lot alike in that they are shoot-first guys. Tyler has a better release, and Zucker is a lot speedier. I think both teams would be happy in the long run.

Well one Philly is in the East. That probably has a large impact.

The Wild are going to have to offer a huge package.

Read is more proven than Zucker, A-Mart is worth about a 2nd.

If I am Lombardi I am asking the Wild for one hell of a package for trading Johnny B out West.

Toronto is not going to offer a First. I doubt Nonis is even serious about getting Johnny B.

Toronto has two very good young Goalies(Both Cost controlled).

I'd rather have Zucker than Read, TBH. Simply because of his FA status.

If Philly is truly the favorite, than either JB doesn't have near the value we think he does, or something not expected would be coming from Philly. Read for Bernier seems way too boring for a Flyers trade. Where would the uproar be? Not Philly's style.

Like I wrote above, Toronto has no reason to even be in the auction, unless Lombardi was giving Johnny B away.

Both of Toronto's goalies are young, good, and most importantly cost Controlled.

Probably. I'm just weary of getting a player who wreaks of "system" like Read, i'd much rather just have a pick, too bad Philly's #11 surely isn't in play.
