I mean they could really easily reduce the amount of drunk drivers by installing breathalyzer in every vehicle from the factory and it would start to limit the amount of people on the roads.

I remember almost 5 years ago one manufacture was doing tests with having one in the vehicle that could sense alcohol, but seemed it was flawed if your passengers were all hammered.

Honestly, I wouldn't be opposed to it in a vacuum, but you are going to run into problems with people who simply don't have the breath to blow hard enough into one of those devices. You're also going to run into issues where people who, for example, use mouth wash with alcohol in it not being able to start their cars.

For years he entertained and thrilled us with his play. We came to know the Gaudreau family and how strong their family bond was.

He left to follow his heart and dreams and to start his own family.

I can't even fully put into words how much Johnny meant to me. He brought excitement back to the Flames after Iggy and Kipper left. He gave us fans something to believe in again. RIP Johnny and Matthew

I feel like the title of this thread is grossly inaccurate. He did not pass away. He was at the very least killed, if not murdered by a drunk driver. Just beyond comprehension and horrible news to wake up to. Cant imagine what that family is dealing with now losing two children/brothers at the same time.

A car in front of a drunk driver moved over to give the cyclists room, and the drunk driver tried to pass the car on the right/shoulder, striking the cyclists (the brothers) from behind at a high speed.

It's being reported on dozens of legit news outlets. The driver has been charged and is in custody.

Couldn’t be more tragic in so many different ways. Young kids, on his sisters wedding weekend and poor Kevin Hayes who now has to deal with the loss of his best friend.

Johnny provided an all-time hockey moment when he made that incredible pass to MacKinnon to beat Sweden in OT. The pass was just as sweet as the goal.

I lost my girlfriend in 2008 the same way a drunk driver and when i see this my heart goes to Johnny and his brothers family because you can hurt so much but when you see other hurt it hurts more and this is what i feel now just hate for the guy who did this and sadness for his family.

There's a few celebrity deaths you hear about in your life that really hit home and make you sick to your stomach and this is one of them.

I'm in utter shock and my prayers go out to his family, I can't imagine what his wife and kids are going through.
