Personally I thought it was a carbon copy of Prust. So based on the act 2 games to 2 games seems reasonable. It is just showing that the NHL's arguments are BS.

If the video says this was head contact but Prust's was not that is a joke. And Moore already got 5 + game.

Multiple suspensions and injuries are modifiers for hits. They are supposed to increase the suspension length. Here, they did nothing since the league somehow ignored both.

I really just think they come up with their explanations on the fly for these videos. The lengths, on the other hand, doesn't seem to be a problem I have, for the most part.

When a player doesn't get injured, everyone complains because he could have. When they do get injured, everyone complains he was injured. Everyone cries bias whenever anything happens.

bizarre how a repeat offender who injured a player with a very late hit that went unpunished during the game gets the same punishment as a first time offender who didnt cause injury and only is suspended because the player wasnt looking in front of where he was skating. moore essentially got more punishment from the hit because he actually got a major and game misconduct on the ice. laughably biased decision from my heart is in montreal quintal.

I have a problem with the explanations and the length. Prust's hit would have been ONE game had it not been for the injury. So how does a non-injury here garner two? That right there is a full game more suspension than Prust would have gotten otherwise.

It was the same hit as Prust's but without an injury.

Not really. Stepan was attempting to skate around another player. Weise is just looking at his pass, his body is moving in the same direction as when he passed it, Moore was committed to the hit before Weise passed the puck, Prust's hit was late enough that Stepan had time to start moving in a different direction before he even committed to the hit.
