Prospect Info: Jets Prospects

North Bay has allowed 1 goal in the past 4 games+1 period. Not all DiVincentiis though, back up had 2 shut outs, DiVincentiis had 1 and the one goal against and is currently playing into the second period. Backup definitely getting the easier games though, 48 shots against in his two shut outs versus 83 shots against in DiVincentiis's two games.

EDIT: Zhilkin is back in the lineup after missing the past two games.

Add another shutout to his total from total.
27 saves on 27 shots!

Just because he can doesn't mean he should.

He's proven to himself and others what he can do vs his peers. This was largely an unknown outside of the WJC

His next logical step should be taking his tools and talents and adapting them to the pro game and the Jets systems. The Moose is the best place for that.

We're lucky in the fact that the AHL is an option for him in his D+2 year

I think another year of junior would be good for him. Let him rip up the league and get a point getters groove going. He will still only be 20, the following season.

Maybe? But maybe the kid needs a period of time feeling like a star and liking watching the puck going into the net. Will Seattle have another dominant team next season?

That 1 goal against was honestly a fluke during a scramble infront of the net. Should honestly be on a 3.5 game shutout streak. The kid is insane

Are you able to watch him regularly? I've mostly just been stat watching but the numbers have been impressive. Would be interested to know if it's a team thing or if he's just been standing on his head lately.

Yeah season ticket holder for the junior team. There’s be a strong stretch of great play by this team but they aren’t 2nd in the league without him in bet

Great to hear! Always nice to get updates from somebody who has eyes on the player. Jets' media were gushing about him during training camp which was surprising for a recently drafted 7th round pick. Great to see him keep building his game!

Few updates:
Rashevsky's team has been eliminated from the playoffs.
Wagner is playing for his U20 team, has 1G2A in the past two games.
Salomonsson played for his U20 team yesterday and put up 1G1A. His team played today as well but I'm not sure if he played. If he did he didn't get any points.
Chibrikov is in the MHL playoffs. 2 goals in two games played.

A possible free agent pick up for you guys is Jeremy Hanzel. He leads the WHL is +/-, has found a decent scoring touch on our team, and has some of the best ‘hands’ 👊👊💥 on our team, he 100% understands his assignment

What is the criteria for being an over ager? Didn't both Scheifele and Morrissey play 2 years in junior after being drafted, and it seemed to work out well for them.

He is a late birthday. His draft year was for 2004s but he is late 2003, hence he will be a 20 year old in junior next year. Scheif and Morrissey were not late birthdays
