Prospect Info: Jets Prospects

I don’t see why the board needs a Positivity Thread when we have a prospect thread lol.

Reading the Lucius comments is like looking at Monty Python’s Black Knight with the prospect pumpers yelling “merely a flesh wound”! Hahaha.

Chibrikov playing in the playoffs this week. His team up 5-0 so far today and he has at least 1 assist (site I'm looking at doesn't have the scoring for the 4th and 5th goals).

His contract is up after the season. Do you guys see him signing after that or maybe later this summer?

if he is ok with starting in the ahl I can see him signing, but if he expects to be in the nhl then he probably stays in russia

I'm assuming you're looking at Khimik, his VHL team, and just to clarify that's Ivan Chibrikov, not Nikita. Our Chibrikov didn't play in that game.

Noticed Salomonsson has missed the past 2 games since coming back for 1. Anybody see any updates on if he re-aggravated his injury?

I read he had left the team to play for an U20 team game.

Edit: I'm pretty sure that's what this says

Ah there he is, playing with Frolunda U20. Thanks! I wonder if it's a conditioning stint or if they're just going to leave him there.

EDIT: Skelleftea, not Frolunda.

I’ll admit that Lambert’s play in the WHL has made me much more reluctant to include him in any trade proposals. Same goes for Lucius but his injury history is concerning.
If anything I hope it's boosted his value a bit as to not be a total early bust value wise.

His AHL play and declining play in the WJC (a 19 year old tournament that he had his worst at as a 19 year old professional player) are really poor signs for him being a NHLer anytime soon.

He'll probably never play a game with our current core so I'd be happy to use him as trade bait.
