Lambert is killer on the powerplay in the WHL.
Lambert with his 2nd of the game
Lambert extends his point streak to 8 games
Heard he left after the 2nd period? Any info on that?
I saw it on the main boards Lambert thread, but maybe I’m misunderstanding the poster because he also mentioned Gracyn Sawchyn in the same post. Maybe he left after two periods instead?I haven’t seen that? Looking at the WHL app ‘plays’. Lambert was taking face offs in the 3rd
He also went 12/19 on face offs, the most on the Birds. Nothing wrong with 63% on the dot. He is getting 1st line use and taking advantage of it.Looked at the WHL official game score sheet and Lambert received his fourth plus on the seventh goal at 15:56 of the third.
Anyone get the feeling, now that Lambert is starting to look like a legit prospect doing well so far in the W (after a couple seasons of floundering development), that he will be traded soon?

Especially since he had already lost time in previous seasons as well. I was really looking forward to seeing a bigger WHL sample size from him and Lambert, and hopefully seeing them lead their teams far in the playoffs.I can't tell how upset I was to find out Lucuis got hurt. I had watched 3 of his games and was super impressed by how dominant he was looking after each game. Portland has gone into the tank since he went down as well losing there last 5 games

Stats don't lie!Chaz Lucius = Connor Bedard, confirmed.
Any untouchables if Chevy tries to make the team better for a playoff run?
Assuming this is a one year run (not knowing what happens in the summer with Dubois, Scheifele and Helle) how scary is it to consider trading the likes of Lambert or Lucius or McGroarty or a 1st.
Glad I am not Chevy. This is tough decision times.
