The KHL regular season started a few days ago
My mistake. I misread the OP reference to 'A' pre-season game.

Rashevsky with another goal in 11:11 TOI today.
Yeah it's strange. He's producing, he's getting shots, he had the highest TOA/TOI today (working with the stats I got) by a wide margin. In any case, could help in him making up his mind to come over next year. Or maybe he's already informed him that that's his intention so they're rewarding players they know will stay over him.He is producing yet again, I wonder why his ice time is so low.
I think he'll be ready to come over to NA next year so hopefully we bring him over.
Who?Veslainen, who I admittedly kind of forgot about, has 1 goal in 5 preseason games in the SHL thus far.
Whosaline is it anyway?Who?
Ouch.Veslainen, who I admittedly kind of forgot about, has 1 goal in 5 preseason games in the SHL thus far.
I think we broke him.Veslainen, who I admittedly kind of forgot about, has 1 goal in 5 preseason games in the SHL thus far.
I have family visiting and have to miss it.Was hoping to catch a game or two at the Young Stars Tournament now that I live in the Okanagan. Nope, I am in the coast next weekend. Crap.
That would make me attend for sure.I have family visiting and have to miss it.
Stupid family!I have family visiting and have to miss it.
That would make me attend for sure.
There was some speculation that him being moved meant that he doesn't intend to sign another contract in the K and intends to come to NA. I wonder if the icetime reduction is retaliation from the Soviet coaches.Isn't Dynamo Moscow one of the better KHL teams? If that's the case, some Russian coaches like to try to evenly distribute minutes through 4 lines and 3 pairs with teams like that. It's kind of annoying but it is what it is.
If Rashevsky can produce and be a star in that league with limited mins, I'm excited to see what he can do with more mins at RW on this team. Amazing 5th round pick, now get him over here ASAP!!

I dont think it is honestly. Russian coaches just like to roll with 4 lines and evenly distribute ice time. It's the coaching system that's been used much to the dismay of many Russian NT fans over the years. Dynamo Moscow is stacked in that league and it's a good thing Rashevsky is producing in that league with that ice time. With Shipachev gone those mins will more than likely go to him later on in the season. There was some speculation that him being moved meant that he doesn't intend to sign another contract in the K and intends to come to NA.
