I for one, would love to see a Nordiques2
give les Quebecois another arm and leg..
Maybe after the Queen of NHL commissioners retires. Nothing against the Habs, ‘just sayin’..

See how Iafallo does during the playoffs first, if he grows..reconsider..
Absolutely! But at the same time, it won’t be nice to give some ice to Rutger..
That would be a win-win..

Yep, an injury-free Rutger would be a nice replacement for Iafallo, but I’d hate not to give Iafallo a little more room to knock it up one level. I believe he might just be worth a wait.

Bones won't play a rookie fresh out of college over a vet this season when the team looks to be a contender.

They may need to move out Iafallo this summer for cap purposes depending what happens with some of our dmen.

Cheveldayoff is risk adverse almost to a fault. He's not going to ship someone out just to have a rookie take his place unless he's sure the rookie can demand it. Cap hits may force his hand, but not yet.

It will depend on some things like if they can bring back Dillion and DeMelo. If they go long term with Cole then things will get tight.

the rookie would take "a" place, not necessarily Iafallo's. It might be Barron that moves up; or Kupari. And the rookies will move into 4th line spots and learn the system.

we absolutely will be blooding rookies over the next two years though

Dillon will be interesting. He's having a renaissance this season, but I wouldn't be surprised if Samberg takes his spot and Dilly signs elsewhere. Likewise with Schmidt and Heinola.

Mossey DeMelo
Samberg Pionk
Heinola Chisholm (can't remember who plays which side here)

Yeah, that is what I want to see happen. I think it's a foregone conclusion the plan is for Ville to take Nate's spot. No idea what they will do with Dilly.

It would be nice to keep Dillon, but get him a Stanley Cup ring and let him ride off into the sunset.

Kitchen?
I'm happy with a 12 of Stella!
While we are at let’s see if he can bring some of those California dreaming girls in bikinis to lounge around my pool while we’re making cocktails…,🍹

I can’t wait to be watching important 3 and 4 th round Jet games in the playoffs in May and June Winnipeg weather by the pool!

Rutger can sign and blow off a year of his elc and let him play with the moose in the playoffs. Bringing in a rookie on a team deep with veterans aint going happen this season.

Julien with 2G1A after the first period.
Julien finishes with 2G2A.
Barlow gets 1A in a 5-3 loss.
Levis not yet in the lineup for his new team.

They better send ville and kupari down for conditioning stints then, neck and neck with Iowa and chicgo for the last spot. Maybe axel and toninato as too. Great team guys.

Kupari's already down on a conditioning stint, not waiver exempt so he can't stay down there for long. Heinola is though so I imagine he'll help them a lot. The defense down there has been a travesty.
