Where the Helly haters now?

I’ve noticed that too. Looks to have taken a big step this year. Hope he gets a chance at center.I’ve been really impressed with Roslovic’s growth so far this year, and again tonight. He seems to have a little more speed and a little more tenacity. I think he’s going to be a top 6 player.
I could never understand the valuation that the analysts around the league would give Trouba. He was solid defensively most of the time, but routinely made a lot of bad decisions with the puck. Highly over-rated and over-paid IMO. I expected very little from Pionk but he's doing better than I thought he'd do.Just wanted to point out that at this early stage of the season Pionk is beating Jacob Trouba in both points and +/-.
Trouba is a bona fide 1RHD and JMo misses him as a D partner......same goes for Trouba, he wishes he had a partner like JMo.I could never understand the valuation that the analysts around the league would give Trouba. No way! I think it's understood that this game was a solid team win! The whole team gelled. And Helle was awesome and is looking dynamite this season. Is the narrative that Helle "bailed us out"? Really?
Demko had equally as many game saving stops as Helle did, if not more.
It takes a monumental puck to the head before Po'Mo' makes proper changes...
Good game Jets...
Mo finally breaks up the bromance that many have been demanding for almost a year and the result was completely as we knew they would be...
Because he finally went to the net?Scheifele finally looked like the player we used to know...I wonder why!
When tanev was hobbling around on the penalty kill ,Jets should have used him as a screen for a second "kill shot". See if he gets up again.
I don't think I have ever seen anyone stand in one place, in such pain, for so long before.
Not really the biggest takeaway but both played well. I think Maurice will notice both of them took on a lot of responsibility to drive both their lines. The biggest takeaway from this game (which will go completely unnoticed by Paul Maurice) is how energized Wheeler and Scheifele finally we’re... while apart from each other.
That’s a loud and clear message.
____________________________________Give Maurice some credit guys , with all the injuries the easy thing to do would be leaving Scheif and Wheeler together . I liked the lines and we won so good on Maurice . Now he just better leave them the same for next game .
