Guys ran outve gas. Just looked mentally and physically spent. Playing two hard series may have caught up to them. Maybe some injuries? No excuses, but they looked tired. Great season, what a run! Thx boys!

All the season long TOI distribution was garbage, and not much better on playoffs. Not a coincidence that they were gassed. Some players not used to big minutes and some gassed with too big minutes.

They were the better team. Their players are better. It's crazy.

Hopefully our guys can elevate their game higher over the summer. We have to get better in order to beat them next year.

I'm not buying this whole thing that the Vegas Knights "just work harder". Their players are more talented. We have to surpass that talent level if we hope to win next year.

It was a good year for us. Sucks that it's over.

This Vegas team totally dominated the Jets winning the last 4 straight, and will go on to win the Stanley Cup in about 6 games.

Team that played perimeter hockey the whole series lost.
Team that worked harder won.

Hopefully they learn from this and are ready to play playoff hockey next year. Was Trouba the only Jet to actually drive the puck to the net? How many times was Wheeler on the half wall with the puck trying to thread a pass through the middle or snip a low-percentage shot on net. Captain Perimeter there, I counted at least three times where he had a lane to the net but dished the puck off instead.

Condolences Jets Fans, it was a fun ride and I'll be back next playoffs (barring a miracle run by the Wings) to hop on your bandwagon. Still a great season and much to be proud of and excited about.

I think the Jets were just completely bushed! They have had only 1 day off between games since game 6-7 in the 2nd round.

Fabulous experience for the all the young guys.

Next year could be our year.

I'm shocked ... the 4th game is supposed to be the hardest to win and it was the easiest game in this series for Vegas. It's like the Jets accepted defeat before the game was even played. This was the Jets worst game in the series ... they looked gassed.
It's still a successful season just hard to take when you are so close to the SC final.

This was a good season. The ending was obviously a huge disappointment but they just seemed to run out ot gas.

Young team, getting better and better. The future looks bright.

Also PP cannot be that predictable. It's insane, it's almost criminal.

As long as Buff and Wheeler had to be on PP#1 they were not going to change. Taking Wheeler out and insertng a left hand shooter would have been a difference.

It's sad to see how the Jets got so harsly outcoached by Vegas. And people keep parrotting about "luck". The Jets almost never had a lead in their 4 losses. That has basically nothing to do with luck, but a lot of to do with discipline, with game plan, with 4 lines without stars and ego issues sticking into the plan and every single moment knowing exactly what they are supposed to do.

Agree, It was not puck luck. I don't recall any difficult saves Flower had to make. Everything was from long distance.

This was the first game of the series oustide game two where Vegas was the better team.. They wanted it and it looked like we didn't have much left in the tank.

Good for Vegas but they better hope they win this season as they will never get. 950 goaltending and all that puck luck ever again.


I'm proud of the team, they took big strides this season. As far as I am concerned this is only the beginning with this young core.

For next season our young guys need to to have a good off-eason. I would like to see Laine add some speed and quickness.

Moe needs to decide some nlknew breakout systems.

I want to see very player utilization as well like Morrissey on the PP.

Roslovic makes the team full time and hopefully they real him at C
