The disastrous tandem of Girardi and Delzotto on for both 3rd and 4th goals...
empty netter too?

Delzotto plays like a steaming pile of crap in the defensive zone. His back is to the play on the 3rd goal and he looked like he just gave up on the 4th. The kid is such an incomplete player.

Girardi has been bad from last season. Rock my @ss. he is stupid hockey player. he makes dumb decisions and he's always on the wrong side of the play.

This is going to be an unpopular opinion but I think a member of the so called "core" is going to have to be traded to shake up this moribund bunch. McDonagh, Kreider, Stepan and Lundqvist are the only untouchables. I would start calling around the league to see what we could potentially obtain for guys like Staal, Callahan, or Girardi. Also Brassard is not the answer at second line center. Makes too many dumb decisions with the puck for my liking. I also can't wait until I no longer have to see Richards in a Ranger uniform. Another in a long line of failed free agent signings. Good riddance, Beaver.

Talbot was playing D by himself tonight. Absolutely no support. Rangers looked tired. The worse part that will result from the outcome of this game is that Sather will now sign Hank for another huge contract.

This team just didn't show up in this game. A few spurts of offense and that's it. Defense after the first period was pre-lockout quality, so was the effort. This team ****ing sucks, sucks, sucks, sucks. No effort at all. They're a ****ing disgrace. You get dominated by the ****ing mediocre Jets. I ****ing hate this team more than the Giants. At least the Giants, as much as they suck show up to play. This disgrace of a hockey team didn't even bother to show. Went through the motions. They're a disgrace to the ****ing sweater.

Again, we're the definition of mediocre. This shouldn't surprise anyone. The Jets are 13-12-4 playing in a vastly superior division and conference. This was not an easy game for us. No game is "easy" for us. Because we aren't good.

The effort was questionable again. Not a vanishing act like in Boston but they certainly had way too many lapses, just like the Vancouver game.

Rangers are now 5-6 at home. Thats a problem.

Yawn. Dumb season.

Lundqvist needs to play like a Vezina goalie and do it consistently or this season will drive most of you bonkers. This back and forth goalie BS wont do them any good.

The effort was bad against Boston they just flat out got outplayed and they allowed far fewer chances to Boston. The team pulled a ****ing no show today. If they played in Winnipeg I'd understand. This ****ing garbage ass team ripped off hard working fans who actually work for their money and don't go through the motions. Disgraceful ****ing POS team. Sick of them.

Yet another typical Madison Square Garden loss.

I know, I know, they played a terrible second period, yet somehow found a way to get to the third tied.

For 14 minutes, the third was relatively even, then the bull**** Garden strikes with a ridiculous bounce into the slot that there's absolutely no defense for.

Just no such thing as home ice advantage at that place.

LOL. It went off of Thornburn's skate.

Staal handles the puck like a plutonium bomb. I wouldnt be surprised at this point if opponents start tapping their sticks to call for passes from him.

I missed most of the game, so I can't comment on how they actually played, but this team's inability to force a game to OT is concerning. That's the second time in 3 games that the Rangers should have had at least a loser point but blew it, and there have been a few times this season where the team was down a goal in the 3rd but failed to tie it. Lack of resiliency has been an issue this year.

I can't remember the last time the Rangers hovered around .500 for so long, maybe during the Dark Ages? The inconsistency is very frustrating.

I picked up Kreider in fantasy so I decided to watch the game. The whole game I thought to myself, 'wow, Zuccarello is getting a lot of ice time... I'd like to see Kreider play a bit more alongside Nash"... only to notice that Kreider had tons of TOI and Hagelin and Zuccarello had 16 mins or less... (Hags with 14). I really like Zuccarello's game and I love Hagelin's grit. I think those two need more TOI. Just my interpretation after watching one game.

And although Kreider didn't get any points I was satisfied with his game, he's a good player. Nash was a tad bit invisible. Also that should have been a penalty on the Stepan breakaway takedown.

And MDZ is washed up...

I mentioned this in the trade thread. If you want an impact trade, one of those players has to go. Del Zotto is the easy way out. And he's not getting you a whole lot back.

Boyle, he is the worst fighter ever in the history of all time and matter.

They didn't even ****ing show up. Vancouver is far better and we took it to them. They didn't feel like even showing up today. The Rangers being mediocre doesn't excuse them to not give any effort. Garbage garbage selfish bunch of pieces of ****.

For what it's worth, I thought DZ looked good tonight. 4th goal was a joke to give up, and the 3rd took a stupid bounce.

I hate playing at home, there's no advantage.
